SINGAPORE DELIVERY/POSTAGE

1.SingPost Standard is FREE. Should be reaching your mail box within 3 business days. Customers are advised to use SingPost Registered delivery option as we will NOT be held responsible for orders lost in transit or non-delivery by this delivery method. Although this rarely happens, it does happen.

2.Registered Mail , add only S$0.20. Other shops charge you S$2.25. Save now. Customers are advised to add Registered Mail. Any order of more than 5 items should order via registered mail. You should receive them within 3 business days from date dispatched. You will be required to sign for orders delivered by SingPost Registered. If there is no one around to sign for the delivery, SingPost will leave a notification card asking you to collect from the nearest post office or to call and arrange for another delivery date.

3.Sex Toys n Us Premium , is our 24 HR delivery service that comes at a charge of SGD50 that guarentees you delivery within singapore within 90 Minutes.

4.Meet-up, can be arranged at Choa Chu Kang MRT or Yishun MRT. We will get in touch with you to fix on a time to pass the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently offering Singpost Airmail Shipment to most Asian Countires. Rest of the world has the option of Fedex.


RETURNS POLICY

  1. Returns Only apply to toys not functioning due to Manufacturer's fault.
  2. You must contact us at Sex Toys n Us Contact within 48 hours of goods recieved.
  3. If the goods are found to be damaged by the purchaser's error, Exchange will not be allowed.
  4. Customers are advised to use Registered / Recorded Mail Service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in transit or non-delivery.
  5. Please do not send the product over without returns acceptance mail from us. Please contact us at Sex Toys n Us Contact .
  6. Customer must exchange accepted Returns for a new product. Balance will be refunded.
